To set up ClinicSense with Square for payment processing, navigate to Setup > Payment Settings and click the Connect Square button to log in and authorize your account. This allows you to process, invoice, and use ClinicSense to manage payments and gift certificates. From there, you can also choose to set up a Square Reader or Square Terminal – all payment information will flow into ClinicSense seamlessly.
You'll no longer need Square Appointments because ClinicSense allows you to combine Square’s payment processing and hardware with ClinicSense’s specialized SOAP notes, appointment booking (and reminders), client management, and intake forms. To switch from Square Appointments to ClinicSense you can import client lists and appointment history directly to ClinicSense, while using Square Terminal for seamless in-person payments, including debit/credit cards and mobile wallets

No, at a minimum we suggest using the ClinicSense calendar and the SOAP notes. This is because an appointment must first exist on your calendar in order to make a SOAP note for it.
No, you don't need a website to use ClinicSense. When it comes to online scheduling and online gift certificates you can set that up via your ClinicSense profile page. But if you do have a website, you can add our "Book Appointment" and "Buy Gift Certificate" button there too.
