ClinicSense Copyright Policy

Rocket Thought Inc. (dba ClinicSense) and its affiliates ("ClinicSense," "we," or "us") take claims of copyright infringement seriously.  This policy describes how we handle claims of infringement.
Notice of Claimed Infringement. If you believe that any materials on the ClinicSense Service infringe your copyright, you may send us a notice of claimed infringement (the “Notice"), so that we send a notice to the alleged infringer. Please send the Notice to us at: support@ClinicSense.com. The Notice must include the following information:


1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the works that have been allegedly infringed;

2.Identification of the copyrighted work alleged to have been infringed (or if multiple copyrighted works located on the ClinicSense Service are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works);

3.Identification of the specific material alleged to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to allow ClinicSense to locate the material on the ClinicSense Service (e.g., a link to the infringing material);

Your name, address, telephone number, and email address (if available);

4.A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and

5.A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Prohibited Content.

The Notice may not contain: (i) an offer to settle the claimed infringement; (ii) a request or demand relating to the claimed infringement for payment or for personal information; or (iii) a reference, including by way of hyperlink, to such an offer, request, or demand. A Notice containing prohibited content will not be considered a valid Notice.

Forwarding Notice to Alleged Infringer.

If we receive a Notice in the prescribed form, we will, as soon as feasible, forward the Notice to the person to whom the electronic location identified by the location data in the Notice belongs and inform you of our doing so.
