ClinicSense AI Policy

Our Approach to AI

AI can be useful in a clinic. It can also raise valid questions about privacy, control, and professionalism. Our approach is simple: AI should help you work faster, while keeping your client information private and your clinical decisions in your hands.

AI Is Always Optional

AI features are only activated if you choose to use them. Your clinic can run ClinicSense without AI. Nothing is turned on automatically, and you remain in full control of how you work.

Transparency

When a feature uses AI, we make that clear. You’ll always know when AI is involved and can decide whether or not to use it.

AI Assists You. It Doesn’t Replace You.

AI can help draft notes or summarize information, but you remain responsible for reviewing and approving clinical records. ClinicSense AI is designed to assist practitioners, not replace professional judgment.

Your Data Is Never Used to Train AI

Client information from your clinic is never used to train AI models. We use pre-trained models from trusted providers. Your client records, notes, and recordings are processed only to generate the result you requested.

Privacy and Security

Data used with AI features is protected with the same safeguards used across the entire ClinicSense platform. We follow strict security practices and comply with healthcare privacy regulations including HIPAA and PIPEDA. All data is encrypted and securely stored.

Responsible Evolution

AI technology is evolving quickly. We continually review our approach to ensure our AI features remain safe, helpful, and aligned with privacy regulations.
