Melissa Hampson runs her own massage therapy business, Relax & Recharge Registered Massage Therapy in Welland, Ontario, Canada. She started in 2005 and offers treatments from her own home in order to have the flexibility to spend time with her family. Over the past 15 years, she has built up a strong practice with a loyal clientele.

Too Much Paperwork, Too Little Time

Before signing up for ClinicSense in 2014, Melissa did all the administrative work related to her business on paper. She kept paper planners where she listed patient information and appointment dates.

Whenever I need to, I just go online and see what their goals are for that session. I go right in, knowing exactly what they need, what their medical history is. And as soon as they come in, we can get started.”

Being able to personalize the client’s experience is another valuable feature of ClinicSense. “It provides promo codes, like an automatic birthday notice that goes out to each client. It gives them a code that they can use as a discount in their birthday month. It’s been super-nice - those little things that you really want to have.”
