This year, we've upgraded our SOAP notes on all accounts to include unlimited templates for all account types!
You can now save and reuse as many note templates as you need, giving you the flexibility to document your way.
Additionally, we introduced draw-on SOAP notes, allowing you to draw on your notes using your finger or a stylus pen.
Protecting your income and ensuring clear client agreements are essential. That's why we've made it mandatory for clients to agree to your cancellation policy when booking.
With this feature, you can enforce your policies confidently and build stronger relationships with clients who respect your time. It also provides you with solid proof in case of disputes or chargebacks.

Everyone shared their two cents on topics like selling products, how to navigate creepy clients, their biggest career wins and flops and other spicy water cooler topics that feel empowering to connect on.
We celebrated each other with many community spotlights, and celebration on wins during challenges like the ClinicSense gift card challenge.

We are happy to share that we have started working on a new wait list feature. It will be rolled out in 3 phases.
Phase 1 is expected in January 2025 and will allow clients to add themselves to the wait list. You can then go to your wait list to see if you can fill a cancelled time slot.
Phase 2 and 3 will introduce automation to the process. More info is coming soon!
